We want you to be completely satisfied with your Hobbii purchase; therefore, we offer a flexible 30-day return window for all unused home and craft items. Please ensure products remain in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Hobbii account and select the items from your order history that you wish to return to generate a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, attach it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
